I travelled to Australia to visit family and flew via Paris. When I arrived in Australia I was called over to the lost baggage desk only to be told my suitcase had not arrived and was stuck in Paris. I contacted customer service to find out about submitting a claim. This took a few days as I had to go clothes and toiletries shopping. While I was on the phone, the lady I spoke with emailed all the necessary forms to me and told me they would review it and get back to me which they did.
