Helen has been in the insurance industry since 1972. She has significant Board Level experience in managing the operations, administration and servicing as well as upholding FCA compliance requirements for both the wholesale and retail insurance broking operations.
She has extensive experience of office and process management as well as development of systems and controls, regulatory compliance, Human resources, Health & Safety and risk assessment.
She has extensive experience in liaising with customers, wholesale and retail brokers and underwriters in regards to technical insurance queries and underwriting issues. She has a detailed knowledge base of European and UK travel insurance, private medical insurance, golf insurance, household insurance and financial failure insurance and background knowledge of commercial liability insurance and emergency medical assistance.
