Susan has been in the insurance industry since 2003. Prior to this she had 14 years experience working in the UK Banking industry. She has extensive financial services and customer liaison experience as well as Board Level insurance experience. She provides administrative and compliance support for all wholesale and retail products with a focus on European PMI, Travel Insurance and European Household Insurance. In addition to this she also has significant experience in claims handling and administration of European PMI.
